Configuring Security for the Schema Tool on UNIX/Linux
To configure the security feature, specify values for the security-related options when creating a schema definition with the Schema Tool. Values for these options can be specified as attribute-value pairs in the Connection Option field of the Open Schema Definition window. See "Starting the Schema Tool on UNIX/Linux" for detailed instructions. For a list of security related options, see "Summary of Security-Related Options."
Configuring security options for the Schema Tool will not affect the behavior of the driver. To fully enable the security for the product, you must configure security for the driver and the Schema Tool independently. See "Configuring the Product on UNIX/Linux" for instructions on configuring the driver.
