Adding a tenant to a group from the tenant
To add a tenant to a group from the tenant:
1. Click Database Administration > Go to Database Administration in the OpenEdge Management console menu.
The Database Administration page appears.
2. Filter or search for, and select the required database connection.
The database connection home page appears.
3. Click View tenants in the Storage Management section.
The Tenant List page appears.
4. Select a tenant you want to add to a group.
The tenant details page appears.
5. Click Edit tenant in the Manage Tenant section.
The Edit Tenant page appears.
6. Click the Groups tab.
7. From the tenant menu bar, click Add Group. The Group Selection dialog appears.
The Group Selection dialog displays the groups for the selected tenant in a grid. You can perform the following:
Filter the groups in the grid by Group name and/or Table name.
Move forward or backward a page, or specify a particular page, in the list of tables by using the
Page feature at the bottom of the list.
Select the column heading and click the drop-down to choose the order (ascending or descending alphabetically) for the groups to appear in the grid.
8. From the list of available groups, select the group you want and click OK. The group name and group title appear for the tenant.
9. Click Commit.
