Threshold Stall (-bistall)

Use Threshold Stall (-bistall) with RecoveryLog Threshold (-bithold) to quiet the database when the recovery log threshold is reached, without performing an emergency shutdown. When you use -bistall, a message is added to the database log (.lg) file stating that the threshold stall is enabled.
