Prefetch delay (-prefetchDelay)

Use Prefetch delay (-prefetchDelay) to enable a delay when sending the first network message for queries with prefetch capabilities.

When you specify Prefetch delay, the PrefetchNum Recs (-prefetchNumRecs) and Prefetchfactor (-prefetchFactor) parameters determine the duration of the delay. Prefetch delay is off by default, indicating the that first network message is sent as soon as it contains the first record of the query.
