Displaying all business calendars

You can view information about the existing business calendars in the Calendar List page. To view the Calendar List page, in the Administration module, click System > Calendars.
The Calendar List page appears with a list of all existing business calendars and displays the following information about each business calendar:
Table 22. Calendar list information
The name of the business calendar.
The description of the business calendar.
Click the icon in this column to see the Calendar View.
Default Selection
Indicates whether the current business calendar is set as the default calendar or not.
To navigate through the pages, you can use the paging controls. For more details about this operation, see Exploring Business Process Portal .
From the Calendar List page, you can perform the following operations:
*Defining a business calendar.
*Viewing/modifying an existing business calendar’s details.
*Seeing calendar view of an existing business calendar.
*Setting a business calendar as the default calendar.
*Deleting a business calendar.
These operations are explained further in the following sections of this chapter.
