An administrator with administrative access to multiple tenants will have the option of selecting the tenant for which he or she wants to view or manage users. Select the tenant for which you want to view users from the Select Tenant dropdown.

Create a new user

To create a new user, click + New User. Define the user with settings under each of the following tabs.
General tab. Enter values in the given fields. User name and role are required.
Authentication Setup tab. The required information depends on the type of authentication you are using. See Authentication for details.
Limits tab. Set throttling limits, if desired.
Tenant Admin Access tab. Grant the user administrative access to tenant(s), if desired.

To edit a user, select a user from the list of users. Then, select Edit from the Actions dropdown. Edit user settings as desired.

Delete a user

To delete a user, select the user you want to delete. Then, select Delete from the Actions dropdown. Confirm or cancel the delete operation in the dialog.

View the data sources owned by a user

To view the data sources owned by a user, select a user from the list of users. Then, select Data Sources from the Actions dropdown. A list of data sources owned by the user is displayed.
