To add a sequence to an OpenEdge database that is connected to Progress DB Navigator:
- Select the SEQUENCES node from the DB Structure view.

Right-click, and choose Add Sequence
from the context menu.
- Enter a sequence name and properties in the Add Sequence wizard.

(Optional) Select the Multi-tenant check box to add a
multi-tenant sequence.
Note: See Adding multi-tenant sequences for more information.
- Click Add.

Click Finish.
Note: The sequence is automatically added to the DB Structure view.
