started by an user associated with the UserSession object
on which the method is called.

Syntax
When the method succeeds, it returns an array
of Progress.BPM.Process objects. If the method succeeds but there
are no process instances that were started by an user, the method
returns an indeterminate array.
If the method fails, it raises
a BPM error.
