Returns a TRUE value if either of two logical
expressions is TRUE.
Syntax

- A logical expression (a constant, field name, variable name
or expression whose value is logical, that is, TRUE/FALSE, YES/NO).
Example
This
procedure lists Customers who have no postal code (PostalCode
= "") or that have no telephone number (Phone =
""), and displays how many Customers are in the list:
