You can create a new collection view by selecting the collection in which you want to create a new view from Dashboard > Collections in the OpenEdge Management console menu.
To create a new collection view in the collection you selected:
1. Click the + icon next to the Default collection tab.
The Create new Collection View page and a New View collection tab appears.
2. Type the name of the view in the Name field.
3. Select one or more options in the Standard viewlets to show area to identify the standard viewlets you want to display in the view.
4. Choose the resource viewlets you want to display for each individual database resource by selecting one or more of the options in the Resource viewlets to show area.
Each of these viewlets supplies detailed information about some aspect of a database.
5. Choose any other resource viewlets you want to include in the collection view.
6. Choose the view panel viewlets you want to appear (if available).
7. Click Save when you finish making your selections.
The selected resource and standard viewlets appear in the collection.
