The Locks and Latches view provides summary of locks and latches activity for the selected database.
From the Database details page, click Locks and Latches in the Operational Views section. The Locks and Latches view appears and provides activity information in the Lock summary and Latch summary sections.
The information found in this view comes from the _ActLock and _Latch VSTs.
