Virtual system tables

Virtual system tables (VSTs) provide ABL and SQL access to system statistics. You can use this information to help analyze database and application design, as well as to determine what factors are impacting database performance. The virtual system tables, or schema tables, have no physical records until the database manager generates them at run time. For a detailed description of each table, see VirtualSystem Tables.
