Troubleshooting FAQ

The following are the frequently asked questions:
*EJBServer and Business Process Server fail to connect to the database.
Check / refresh database if Business Process Server is not able to connect to the database. You need to stop and start the database server again.
*While a task is in progress, the back-end servers fail.
The task is rollbacked to its previous state, and needs to be carried out again.
