Managing administrative filters

You can view information about the out-of-the-box filters as well as any filters you created, as a Business Process Server administrator, in the Filter List page. To view the Filter List page, in the Administration module click System > Filter.
The Filter List page displays all the filters you created and the following information about each filter:

Filter
The name of the filter.
Description
Additional information about a filter.
Filter Type
The type of the filter.
To manage the contents of the list, you can sort them. To navigate through the pages, you can use the paging controls. For more details about these operations, see Exploring Business Process Portal.
From the Filter List page, you can perform the following operations:
*Add a new Admin Filter, as described in Adding adminfilters.
*Copy an existing Admin Filter, as described in Copying, modifying, and deleting admin filters.
*Modify an existing Admin Filter, as described in Copying, modifying, and deleting admin filters.
*Delete a Admin Filter, as described in Copying, modifying, and deleting admin filters.
