A project’s workflow specifies whether content must be approved before it published. The two built-in workflows require approvals by one or two users, respectively. Administrators enable the workflow by creating the levels of of approval for content items and pages. By default, in the grid, workflows are ordered by priority. When there is more than one workflow, the more specific has a higher priority. Any user with the role of Administrator can bypass the configured workflow.
