Individual users who have purchased a Rollbase or DataDirect Cloud plan online can update their payment and billing information through the Console by following these steps:
1. Click the My Account menu on the top-right and select Update Profile.
2. On the Update Profile page, click the Payment & Billing tab on the left.
3. To update your credit card details, click the pencil icon in the Payment Information section. In the dialog box that opens, enter your new credit card details and click OK.
4. To update your billing information, modify your details in the Billing Address section (all fields are editable).
