Types of roles in DataDirect Cloud

There are five types of roles that can be assigned to a DataDirect Cloud account:
*Plan Administrator—A plan administrator can invite other users and assign any of the roles described here. A plan administrator also has access to the DataDirect Cloud dashboard.
*Billing Administrator—A billing administrator can access and view invoices. A billing administrator also has access to the DataDirect Cloud dashboard.
*Support Contact—A support contact can contact Progress technical support and raise support tickets by accessing SupportLink. A support contact also has access to the DataDirect Cloud dashboard.
*Technical Administrator—A technical administrator can access APIs (this role is available only in Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) accounts). A technical administrator also has access to the DataDirect Cloud dashboard.
*DataDirect Cloud User—A DataDirect Cloud user can only access the DataDirect Cloud dashboard and connect and integrate with different data sources.
