Obtaining a Corporate or Partner administrator account for DataDirect Cloud

To obtain a Corporate or Partner administrator account, you must purchase a multi-user license. You can either purchase a multi-user license by visiting the Progress website and contacting the Progress Software sales team or, if you have an evaluation individual user license, you can purchase a multi-user license by contacting the Sales team from within the Console.
Follow these steps to contact the Sales team:
1. Visit the DataDirect Cloud website.
2. Click CONTACT SALES on the top right.
3. On the CONTACT US page, enter the details in the form and click CONTACT SALES.
After your information is reviewed and processed, a sales representative from Progress Software will contact you and guide you through licensing options. When your account is ready, you will receive a confirmation email, which includes a unique registration URL.
4. Click the URL that you receive in your email. A registration form opens.
5. Enter all the details in the form and click Submit. You will receive an email with instructions to activate your account.
Note: In the form, the email address field is non-editable. It is pre-populated with the email address at which you received the registration URL.
6. In the activation email that you receive from Progress Software, click the Activate button to activate your account and log in to the Console.
