Migrating individual users to a Corporate or Partner account in DataDirect Cloud
When a Progress DataDirect Cloud administrator invites users, the user could either be a new user or an existing user who has an individual user account.
If you are an existing user who has received an invite, you can choose to migrate to a Corporate or Partner account. Note the following:
The Corporate or Partner plan may cover a limited number of data sources.
If you are using a data source that is not part of the Corporate or Partner plan, you will not be able to access those data sources after migration. However, the associated data will be retained. You can contact the administrator of the Corporate or Partner account to purchase licenses for those additional data sources.
Follow these steps to migrate to a Corporate or Partner account:
1. Click the unique registration URL that you receive in your email.
2. On the registration page, click the Login Now button.
3. On the login page, enter your username and password and click LOG IN.
4. In the Corporate Account Migration window, click Migrate to Corporate Account.
