LOGICAL Allocate ()

Purpose: Allocate all delayed partitions for all tenants
Does not allocate group partitions
Returns LOGICAL
  true if any partition was allocated

Purpose: Allocate tenant partitions for table
Does not allocate partitions belonging to a tenantgroup
Parameters:
