prefix
A string of printable ASCII characters used to prefix standard diagnostic data files. The prefix can be a maximum of 16 bytes.
Also, the fully-specified file name cannot exceed 300 bytes. This is the sum of:
Diagnostic directory specification
Event sub-directory specification
Diagnostic data file. For example,
prefixlocktable_summary.csv.
