By default, the app that is generated by Kendo UI Designer uses a US-style date, time, and number format. You can change the default culture for your app to localize the date, time, currency and number formats.
Additionally, as you build your app a default localization file is created for the default culture. You can support additional cultures by copying the default file and editing as necessary for the additional local (culture and translatable strings). At runtime, all locals are displayed in a drop down list in the header.
