An administrator with the permissions to set IP address whitelists at more than one level will have the option to select the level. From the Select Level dropdown, select the level at which you want to apply IP address whitelists.
System applies the whitelist across the system.
Tenant applies the whitelist to a selected tenant.
User applies the whitelist to a specified user.

Configure an IP address whitelist

To configure an IP address whitelist, click New IP Range. From the New IP Range window, select the resource for which you are creating the whitelist. Then, enter the IP address or IP address range you want to apply to the resource. IPv4 and IPv6 formats are supported. For details, see Implementing IP address whitelists.
