Using Salesforce reports

The Salesforce-type data stores provide reporting functionality. DataDirect Cloud exposes custom reports defined in a data store as stored procedures. An application can obtain a list of the reports by calling the SQLProcedures catalog function. The names of the reports that can be invoked through the DataDirect Cloud connectivity service are listed in the PROCEDURE_NAME name column of the SQLProcedures results.
Note that if you are using a standard report, you must save it as a custom report using the tabular, summary, or matrix format. Check with your Salesforce administrator to make sure that you have the necessary permissions to create custom reports.
