Installation Issues

If the installer successfully creates the product installation directory, the installer writes a file named Progress_DataDirect_Cloud_Driver_for_JDBC.log in the install_dir/install/logs directory. Examine the log file for a record of any problems that may have occurred during the installation.
If a product installation fails completely, the installer does not create the product installation directory and writes a Progress_DataDirect_Cloud_Driver_for_JDBCFailed.txt file in the machine's default temporary directory.
