Troubleshooting Java server

When the default port settings conflict with the default port setting of Corticon's Progress Application Server (PAS) installation (8850 for HTTP and 8851 for HTTPS), you should consult with your system administrator to identify alternate ports you might use. Changes to the HTTP port must also be set in thebrms.properties file located at the server installation's [CORTICON_WORK_DIR] root. Override the property value for com.corticon.deployment.soapbindingurl_1=http://localhost:8850/axis to set your preferred HTTP port value.
Note: URLs for the Web Service-enabled instances of the Corticon Server - Enter the preferred URL value in the SOAP Server URL field in the Deployment Console window's Service Contract Specification section. You can add additional sequential integer values for com.corticon.deployment.soapbindingurl_, such as:
*com.corticon.deployment.soapbindingurl_2=http://localhost:9080/axis/services/Corticon (typically used by IBM WebSphere)
*com.corticon.deployment.soapbindingurl_3=http://localhost:7001/axis/services/Corticon (typically used by Oracle/BEA Weblogic)
Note: When you have problems on the Java Server, refer to Troubleshooting Corticon Server problems .
