When working on a Rulesheet with the Vocabulary view active, the details of the Vocabulary hover help information might provide too much or too little information. While you could open the Vocabulary in its editor just to toggle the information to show or hide details, Rulesheets provide an additional toggle to change the hover help view in the Vocabulary view, as shown in the toolbar:

The following illustration shows the Rule Vocabulary showing its details. The Rulesheet is the currently active menu/toolbar, and its Vocabulary details button displays a minus sign -- it will toggle to hiding the details:
